Booking terms

1. An enquiry is not a reservation

Buttons marked Book Now open a WhatsApp chat to +971 52 440 9525 with a prepared message. Opening the chat, or sending the message, starts an enquiry. A booking exists only when we confirm it to you in writing in that chat.

2. What the website shows

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED), and the unit is printed beside each amount: per hour, per package, per person, per session or per ticket. The sizes, guest counts, cabins and inclusions on a page are those listed for that package. Photos marked illustrative show a type of vessel or setting.

3. What we confirm before you book

Before you pay anything we confirm, in the chat: the date and time, the vessel or activity slot, the meeting point, what is included and what is not, any extras you asked for, and the total payable.

4. Totals, deposits and taxes

The price on a page is the listed rate for the unit shown. Whether any deposit, tax or other charge applies to your booking, and how it is paid, is stated in your confirmation before you pay. Do not treat the page price as the final total for a plan that adds hours, extras or more people.

5. Your details

Please give an accurate headcount, including children, and tell us about anything that affects the activity you want. If your plans change, tell us as early as you can so we can agree the next step with you.

6. Weather, safety and changes

A trip can be moved, shortened or stopped when conditions are unsafe, and a vessel or time may need to change. If that happens we will tell you and agree the options with you in writing. Crew instructions on the day are there for everyone's safety.

7. Seasonal events

New Year's Eve and Grand Prix weekend options are confirmed date by date. We are not an official partner of any championship or event organiser, and race-weekend access is not assumed to come with any package.
