Plan your Marina visit: address, meeting point and what to confirm
Three different places can get mixed up: our listed office address, the marina area, and your actual meeting point. Only the last one matters on the day, and it comes from your booking confirmation.
Our listed address is a contact location
Dubai Marina Yacht Rental is listed at Marina Plaza, Al Marsa St, Dubai Marina, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (plus code 34GQ+5W). That is the contact address on our Google Maps listing. It is not a pier, and guests are not told to board there.
Yachts and water activities can start from different places, and the place can change with the vessel, the activity and the date. That is why we never print a single "boarding point" on this website.
How your meeting point gets confirmed
- You message us the package, your preferred date and your group size.
- We confirm availability and which vessel or activity slot applies.
- We send the exact meeting pin and the arrival time in the same chat.
- You check both before you set out, and tell us if anything is unclear.
Before you leave: a short checklist
- You have the exact meeting pin, not just the area name.
- You know the arrival time, and how early you are asked to be there.
- You know who the contact is on the day and have the number saved.
- The headcount matches what you told us, children included.
- Every extra you asked about is confirmed or clearly not included.
- The total payable and the way it is paid are written down in the chat.
Common questions
Is Marina Plaza where the yacht leaves from?
Not necessarily. Marina Plaza is our listed contact address. Your boarding or activity meeting point depends on the package and the date, and it is confirmed with you before you travel.
When do I get the exact meeting pin?
After we confirm availability and the vessel for your date. If you have not received a pin or a time, ask for it in the chat before you leave.
Do all activities meet at the same place?
Do not assume so. A yacht, a jet ski, a flyboard and a dinner cruise can each have a different meeting point. Ask for each one separately.
What if I cannot find the meeting point?
Message or call the number you booked with and share your live location in the chat. Having the pin and our WhatsApp number saved before you set out makes this much easier.
