A plain description of what this website does with information. We keep it short because the site does very little with your data.
Browsing the site
You can read every page, filter packages and use the outing planner without giving us any details. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from a third-party font service. The planner and filters run in your browser; their answers stay on your device until you choose to send them.
WhatsApp enquiries
Book Now and Send buttons open WhatsApp with a message already written. That message can include the package name, its price, the page address and any date or group size you typed. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. After that, WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply to the conversation, alongside the way we handle the chat on our side to answer you.
The request form
If you use the form on the contact page, the details you type (name, phone or WhatsApp number, and anything optional you add) are sent only when you press Send request. They go to our team through Web3Forms, a form-processing service that delivers the message to us. We use them to reply to you.
Live chat
This site can show a live-chat widget from Tawk.to. It loads after you start interacting with the page, and it may set its own cookies. Anything you type into it is handled by that service and by us.
Measurement
We use Google Tag Manager to count clicks on WhatsApp and call buttons and form submissions. We do not send names, phone numbers or message text to analytics. These tags load after you interact with the page.
Your choices
You can use the site without the form or the chat. You can also ask us to stop messaging you, or to delete a conversation we hold, by telling us in the chat or calling +971 52 440 9525.
